The new complex for the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Internal Affairs is a vertical city with streets, squares and boulevards. The twin tower top adds to the Hague skyline and reflects the relation between the two competing ministries. The lower part of the building contains the collective services that are organized around a large interior court. An escalator access route spirals up to the Ministers conference suites and lounges situated at the roof deck level. At ground floor, the building comes down with two separated feet that form the entrances for each ministry.
