This office building for about 2000 state tax workers is an architectural ensemble of a high-rise tower and a medium rise slab building, arranged around a central atrium. The lower floors contain the collective program such as the restaurant and conference center. The office floors have a traditional flexible lay-out around a central core. The atrium has a stepped shape, to bind the high rise and medium rise parts into one single sculptural building volume. A large public garden and an underground car-park form an integral part of the design.
Program: 85.000 m2 offices, restaurant, conference center, 2000 car park, garden
