The project on the former Mullerpier harbour area is a compact city block that integrates housing and urban services. The building mass steps up to create wide terraces overlooking the harbour area. The stepping up also creates a big interior space inside the block that is used as a large swimming pool on the first floor. At the very end, the water basin cantilevers out of the block, giving the swimmers a panoramic view on the harbour. A restaurant, a fitness club, a medical centre and an underground parking garage take up the lower floors.
