A former bicycle factory has been transformed into office space by cutting three patios out of the existing volume, bringing light and spaciousness to the old concrete shed building. In this way, the sombre derelict factory was transformed into a hip office loft for the Ogilvy Publicity Agency. Two existing office wings of the factory have been renovated and three new office villas have been added to the ensemble. These new characteristic small towers in front of the former hall act as visible landmarks along the Ring road.
