Three different dwelling types have been designed to responds to the dockland location and the required building density. It is a spatial `puzzle' that makes each dwelling enjoy fully from daylight, views and privacy. Every dwelling has its own street entrance and a garden, a conservatory or a roof terrace. At the tip of the harbour pier, five special larger houses join the two sides of the projects in a volume that meanders its way around the corner. The expression and materialization is a deliberate allusion to the traditional docks architecture that used to occupy this site.
