The 100 meter high residential Porsche Design tower combines the qualities of a skyscraper and a residential home: large gardens and privacy on the one hand, and a panoramic urban view on the other. The tower consists of two-storey L-shaped floorplans that are stacked one above the other, surrounding a large atrium. The atrium runs through the entire height of the tower and forms the heart of the building. Its glass roof allows daylight to pour into the building. The ground floor contains a large foyer which opens itself in the direction of the main Europa-Allee and makes a connection to the park.
